The I&C Engineer is responsible for the repair, refurbishment and reverse engineering of various printed circuits boards and power supplies that are directly related to Nuclear Safety. The I&C Engineer will be required to write detailed test procedures / documents for the circuit boards / power supplies as well as the replacement components required for the repair/refurbishment. This will require detailed circuit analysis as well as detailed circuit operation justification to be documented. The Engineer may also be required to participate in troubleshooting in the lab through powering up the printed circuits boards / power supplies and analyzing the operation of the unit through use of Digital Multimeters, Oscilloscopes, etc.
Perform functional testing to generate documentation necessary for technicians to perform inspections, troubleshooting, and repair of a wide variety of electrical, electronic, and electro-mechanical components.
